Some are expensive brands, so if they are not in your price range, do your research and buy similar products with good reviews on or offline.
If you choose the blending option for Phase One of The Appetite Reset, my highest recommendation is to purchase a Vitamix at Costco. These alternative blender options have high reviews.
Ready-Made Juice Options for The Appetite Reset
Home juiced or blended produce is superior but in a pinch, quality bottled juices can be diluted with water and used for Phase One of The Appetite Reset. Check your local grocery store health food aisles for more options, better pricing or immediate availability.
Optional Supplement Recommendations for The Appetite Reset
These are some optional supplement recommendations for participants enrolled in The Appetite Reset. You can purchase your supplements wherever you want. Stores like Costco, Walmart, The Real Canadian Superstore, and Zehrs can offer reasonable value for some of these products. If you’re having trouble finding some of these items, I’ve created this “shop” that you can use as a purchasing resource.
Food & Exercise Logging Recommendations for The Appetite Reset
You can use any free food & exercise log that you prefer for The Appetite Reset. MyFitnessPal is free and offers a premium option.
I personally prefer Noom. Their phone app is free to use after the free trial ends (even if you choose to cancel without purchasing) but their one-on-one and group coaching, daily lessons, and recipe options are worth considering for the marathon journey of weight loss between resets.
